At the initiative of the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, Shri Amit Kumar Shaw, IPS, the program “Samadhan Sabha” is being organized across all police station areas of the district. Through this initiative, members of the general public are able to directly present their grievances before senior police officials, while immediate guidance and solutions are also being provided.

On 21.08.2025, such a “Samadhan Sabha” was organized at the Gauripur Police Outpost under Sagardighi Police Station. Jangipur Sub-Divisional Police Officer Shri Prabir Mondal and Circle Inspector Shri Swaroop Biswas attended the program, where they listened to the problems of local residents and provided administrative guidance for their resolution.
