On 20.09.2025, with the objective of ensuring the smooth and successful celebration of the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja, a coordination meeting was organized at the Conference Hall of Jangipur Police Office.

The meeting was graced by the presence of Hon’ble Minister of State for Power, Government of West Bengal, Shri Akhruzzaman, Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Jangipur Lok Sabha, Shri Khalilur Rahman, Hon’ble Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, Shri Amit Kumar Shaw, IPS, Hon’ble Sub-Divisional Officer, Jangipur, Ekam J. Singh, IAS, and Hon’ble Chairperson of Murshidabad Zilla Parishad, Smt. Rubia Sultana. Along with them, several respected MLAs, senior police officers, and high-ranking officials from different government departments were also present.

During the coordination meeting, government grant cheques were handed over to various clubs and Durga Puja committees under Jangipur Police District. At the same time, to facilitate visitors in Raghunathganj town, the official guide map of all Durga Puja pandals was formally unveiled.
