On 29.09.2025, in the presence of the Superintendent of Police, Shri Amit Kumar Shaw, IPS, along with other senior police officers, CCTV control rooms were inaugurated at Suti Police Station and Shamsherganj Police Station under the initiative of the Jangipur Police District.

The objective of this initiative is to further strengthen and ensure the infrastructure for security and surveillance.
Through these newly established control rooms, continuous monitoring of the CCTV cameras installed across the respective police station areas will be possible. This system will play a crucial role in crime prevention, maintaining law and order, and ensuring public safety.
